In the name of God Amen

I Robbert Gresham of Metheringham in the County of Lincoln the second day of July in the year of our Lord 1741 do make this my last will & Testament & do hereby revoak all former Wills by mee at any time made

first I bequeath my Soul into the hands of Almighty God who made it & my Body to be decently buryed at the Discretion of my executors here after Named

Also I give unto John Gresham my sone the Black mare

Also I give unto Thomass Gresham my sone my Bey mare & foal

Also I give unto William Gresham my sone my old mare & foal

Also I give unto my Daughter Elizabeth Gresham the yong black cow & twenty shillings in money

Also I give unto Anne Cosins my Daughter twenty one shillings

Also I give unto my Daughter Mary Gresham the brown heifer & twenty shillings in moneys

Also I give unto Jane Gresham my Daughter the red heifer & twenty shillings in moneys

Also I give unto George Cosins my son and his Child each two shillings & sixpence

& all the Rest I leave to my wife & my eldest sone Robbert Gresham Whome I make my whole Executors

Proved the twenty first day of August in the Year 1741 before the Worshipful George Newell Esqr Batchelor of Laws Vicar General of the Diocese of Lincoln and Commissary of the Archdeaconries of Lincoln and Stow, and Administration was granted to Robert Gresham the Son of the deceased and one of the Executors within named he being first duly sworn nevertheless a power being reserved of making the like grant to the other Execr when she shall require the same
